What is Kreplach?

Kreplach is a Jewish noodle dumpling stuffed with beef. They are similar to Italian ravioli or Russian palming, but when fried they are not unlike a wonton. Kreplach are round and folded, triangle shaped or a crescent. The dumpling is tender, savory and salty. They are often eaten in a light broth as a soup.
