Jarlesberg® Lite is a trademarked cow's milk cheese of Norwegian origin. This version contains 30% less calories and 50% less fat than the original Jarlesberg® cheese. It is semi-soft with large holes. It is buttery, rich and mild with a nutty flavor and a pale golden-cream color. Jarlesberg claims to be naturally lactose free.
